Little Lime Tree

Finally, the limes from our little Persian lime tree have grown large enough to pick! So last night I cut a lime wedge and squeezed it into a Vodka on the rocks. Unfortunately, it was a bit tart – perhaps it wasn’t ripe or maybe not the same kind as store bought? Anyone out there know about limes?
